It was Jeff's bday...we had a little party/celebration
Kev and Bret had a Hat and Glasses party at PC's bar...we invited everyone we could think of. it was a good time...funny hats and glasses, good conversation, and good dancing. :)

1. Best wine label EVER...Bret and I found this at Big Baiyi and couldn't resist buying it. cost 8kuai, tasted like nasty grape juice

2. My chia-pig. bought with clayton on the street in Wuhan...best salesman ever...we asked the price he said Shi Kuai (10kuai), we looked aghast and started to walk alway and he was like no no i said Si Kuai (4kuai)....hahaha

3. Festival food with Aixia and Charlie....yummy!!! last picture is me pretending to bite clayton's, clayton looking upset, and Charlie looking like "what in the world is happening" goodtimes

when my 3 of my favorite freshmen girls asked me if i would meet them on a Sunday afternoon to take some pictures little did i know that 64 pictures later we would be finished our photo shoot and off to cook lunch in my apartment. here are few of the highlights from our glamorous shoot on campus :)

Post China blogging

Ok...so I have returned from China...as the locals would say, I miss it in my deep heart...but I shall now attempt to blog everything that I missed before: Japan, and everything post bikes in the village...and there was a lot...so stay tuned everyone!

Bikes

Bret and I borrowed bikes from Katie and Byron and headed out the North Gate of campus to the nearby village on Saturday. Despite the incredible heat (Qufu has been hot hot hot the past couple days) it was a beautiful bike ride! The village is really cute...and the wheat fields are really beautiful, I felt like I was definitely in China! Our only regret...not stopping to play marbles with the 3 little kids we rode by! :)
